Kavana Shabbat & Holidays

Whether for adults and/or kids - Kavana Shabbats and holidays are about meaningful, fun and spiritual experiences.

Summer Shabbat in the Park Series - at parks in Wallingford & Magnolia

Kavana Shabbat Potluck in the Park  August 22nd - Let go of the stress of the week and relax into Shabbat under the trees. All Ages Kabbalat Shabbat.  Service starts at 6:30pm, potluck dinner starts around 7:30pm. (potluck)

 

Summertime Culinary & Wine Experiences

Kavana Men Grill - in summer, Kavana Men don't just "Cook" - they Grill!  August 18th.  Come learn proper grilling techniques as the group discusses Jewish topics from around the world. Space is very limited so sign up ASAP. 7pm

Living Room Learning Summer with Sarah Weds nights from July 9 - Aug 20 we will have a special series with our Rabbinic Intern, Sarah Gershuny. Eating, praying, dying, getting married, doing a mitzvah, hearing thunder… there's a bracha for every occasion. what are brachot really all about? 7:30-9pm pm (RSVP to get on the list and locations if other than Rabbi Rachel's living room).  For ALL levels and backgrounds.
